Terms and Conditions Inclusions

 You are creating an account for the purpose of applying to the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program. IIDI
reviews applications for the Provincial Nominee Program based upon the eligibility requirements and selection factors
set out in the application. You must meet these eligibility requirements to be considered for nomination. To determine
if an Applicant meets the requirements of the Program, carefully review the information in the application prior to
submission.

 An Applicant’s satisfaction of the eligibility criteria does not, under any circumstances, guarantee nomination.
Priority will be given, in accordance to IIDI’s mandate from the Government of Canada. Under the Co-operation
Agreement with the Federal Government, the Province has “the sole and nontransferable responsibility to assess and
nominate candidates who, in Prince Edward Island’s determination: (a) will benefit the economic development of
Prince Edward Island; and, (b) have a strong likelihood of becoming economically established in Prince Edward Island.”

 Any misrepresentation, false statement, and/or concealment of information on the part of the Applicant in the creation
of this account, or anyone acting on behalf of the Applicant, including but not limited to any inconsistencies between an
Applicant’s registration information and application, may, at the sole discretion of IIDI, result in the rejection and
termination of the applicant’s account, application, forfeiture of the application fee, cancellation of an Applicant’s
nomination (if applicable), and ineligibility of the Applicant to register with or apply to the PEI PNP for two (2) years from
the date of rejection or cancellation.

 Misrepresentations may occur and be identified by IIDI at any point throughout the application process. IIDI may take
any of the above noted recourse steps immediately upon written notice of the misrepresentation to the Applicant, or
anyone acting on behalf of the Applicant.

 An Applicant is deemed to have full knowledge of the contents of this application for an account, notwithstanding
whether such application is submitted by the Applicant or by a party acting on behalf of the Applicant. For clarity, any
misrepresentation, false statement, and/or concealment of information by anyone acting on behalf of an Applicant shall
warrant the same treatment and be subject to the same consequences as a situation where the Applicant has personally
submitted their application. Recourse for breaches committed by anyone acting on behalf of an Applicant, and any
consequences to an Applicant resulting from same, shall be limited to direct personal actions and claims as between the
Applicant and the party acting on their behalf.
