*Making an appointment in a restaurant*

Receptionist: Good day! This is(name of receptionist) from Shiya Restaurant, how may I help you?

Customer: Hi, I would like to make a dinner reservation.

Receptionist: Can you tell me what day you are planning to complete the reservation?

Customer: We will be coming to your restaurant on Tuesday night.

Receptionist: What time will you be dining with us?

Customer: Our first choice would be 7:00, or perhaps 7:30.

Receptionist: How many guests will be in your party.

Customer: There will be 4 of us.

Receptionist: Please just give me your name and at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday I guarantee that there will be
a reserve table for 4 of you.

Customer: Great! My name is (full name) but you can call me on my surname

Receptionist: I would like to repeat your reservation to clarify and to double check if it's right. There will
be a table for 4 reservation under Mr/Ms. (Surname) that would be completed at the time between 7:00
p.m. to 7:30 p.m is that right?

Customer: That's right. Thank you for the clarification.

Receptionist: Thank you, Mr/Ms. (Surname), see you on Tuesday.

Customer: I am looking forward to have a dinner at your restaurant. Thank you for your help.
