Topic 1: Which skills do the young need to master in the recent society?

Answer
The recent society requires the young to master numerous skills to make their life
easier and to gain success. I will talk about 2 skills which the youth should equip
themselves with as soon as possible and they are technology and communication
skills.
In terms of technology, we all know that 4.0 revolution has great impacts on the
modern society. For example, the advent of smart devices has simplifed the way of
exchanging information among people via social platforms such as Facebook,
Instagram or news websites. As a result, due to the profound effects of technology,
it is essential to know about tech. After acquiring some common operating skills or
software proficiency, the youth can apply technological knowledge to their work or
to boost the efficiency. For example, having IT skills will allow them to save
money and time as they will be able to solve a technical issue independently
without having to hire an IT expert at a high hourly rate. Thus, the productivity
will skyrocket when they equip themselves with technical skills - whether they
learn about keyboard shortcuts, debug programs or increase traffic to your website.
The second skill i would like to mention is communication skill. Communication is
everyday task the young might have to inform and chat with friends, team
members, partners, and later on with investors, customers etc. Moreover, every
field requires good communitcation skills especially teachers, sales representatives,
psychologists, etc. Thus, there is a need for thecompetence in communicating soon.
Mastering communicating enables the young to tranfer information to other people
effectively, and understand what is said to them. Therefore, they stand less chance
of being misunderstood or misled. Besides, when the young cooperate with other
people, communication can help to create effective products by decreasing the
posibility that disagreements may arise among members over how to solve
problems facing the project.
In short technological and communicative skills are crucial for the youth to master
so that they can have an easy and successful life.
Topic 2: Should children be taught to work individually or cooperate with others?
Answer
Education has been in the spotlight for an extended period of time. Some people
believe that the young should be taught to work individually while others hold
opinion that they ought to be shown how to collaborate with their peers. In my
opinion these two believes should be balanced
I.Individually
1.Increase their efficiency
There’s nobody to slow them down and no other opinions to get in their way. With
fewer interruptions, they’ll find it easier to focus, work much faster, know exactly
what is going on, and they will have a lot more clarity in the project they’re
working on.

Working with others can take a toll on children’s productiveness, especially when
chatting and gossip interferes. Off-topic conversations, arguments and differences
in opinions will only hinder their performance. Therefore, by blocking out all
distractions and working solo, more heart, energy and soul can be put into their
project, resulting in improved productivity and better results.

2. They Can Enjoy a Challenge

Sometimes, working by themself can be an enjoyable challenge. Having no one
else to rely on can be a great test as they work up their own ideas and put
themselves in charge. Working individually can increase their independence, and it
can also make them more creative. They learn to make their own decisions,
perform duties alone and find their own spark of inspiration.

When there’s only theirself to rely on, students will realise that their motivation,
self-awareness and discipline increases. They make sure to stick to deadlines, they
channel their own ideas and creativity, and they agree to take full responsibility for
a task.

II.Cooperation:
1.Make them a sharper thinker.
Have chances to assess multidimensional ways of thinking. When children are
required to discuss a topic and negotiate how to address it, they are forced to listen
to others’ ideas. They compare, contrast and integrate others’ perspectives into
their own thinking. Perhaps someone else’s perspective will change their mind or
show weaknesses in their own ideas.Their horizons are broaden.
By the end of the group process, they’ll be smarter and more insightful than they
were at the start.
2.Improve motivation:
Teamwork requires members to maximize their effort to keep up with the whole
group’s pace.As a result,a driving force for self-development is created to boost
productivity.
Moreover, they have peers around to enliven the ambience of the group and get the
help of others in times of difficulty. They consider them as incentives not to be
burnout or fed up with the work.
In a nutshell, children should be taught to both work individually and cooperating
with others due to the aforementioned merits.
