DIVISION TRAINING ON THE DELIVERY AND IMPLEMENTATION

OF STRATEGIES OF THE DIFFERENT ADM MODALITIES

l. To widen the access of marginaiized and disadvantaged Iea「ners to quality basic

education, the Department of Education (DepEd) impIemented the A!temative
Delivery Modes (ADMs) in the formaI education system in both elementary and
SeCOndary leveIs.

2. The DepEd anchored the impIementation of ADMs on the fdilowing principIes: 1)

basic education is f「ee and shalI be accessibIe to aII; 2) education is a right of every
individuaI; 3) education is inciusive and not disc「iminating; and 4) stakehoIder

Participation is integral to total chiId development,

3. F「om this pe「spective, Pursuant tO the DepEd O「der 54, Series of 2012- Or the
PoIicy Guidelines on the Implementation of Alte「native Delivery Modes, that the「e is
a need for Division Capacity Bu脚ng on the Deiivery and lmpIementation St「ategies
Of the Diffe鵬nt ADM Modalities, Capacitating the Schooi Heads and schooI ADM
Coordinato「s w帥hasten the imp事ementation of the program in the fieId,

4. The objectives of this training a「e fo「 the participants to be able to:
a. understand the prog「am fo「 each mod重油ty;
b. identfty and desc「ibe the Iea「ners appro函ate for each modaIity;
C. eSta胡sh the components required to ensu「e effective impIementation; and
d. pian and organize fo「 effective management in the implementation of chosen
