1. How will you handle your lessons in order that you will make learners
become more effectively take accountability of their own learning?
ANSWER: I guess the best way to handle your lessons in order that you will make
learners become more effective is to make a connection between what you're teaching
and real-life situations. Making sure the information speaks to pupils is one of the most
effective ways to engage them in their learning.
Make use of the pupils' passions and interests. Engage them in various activities that
will help to sharpen their own skills and use it in a relevant way.
Allow pupils to make their own decisions. Let your students feel free to express their
feelings and decisions in many ways. Give them freedom to and liberty to feel that they
are not isolated in that classroom.

2. Enumerate Four Flexible modes of learning and explain each in two

sentences.
ANSWER: For me the Four modes of learning use platforms namely: To begin with this
one moodle, Moodle is a virtual learning environment that may be utilized in a variety of
situations, including education, training, and , as well as business. The second one is
Google Classroom, Google Classroom is a free blended learning tool for schools built by
Google that promises to ease the creation, distribution, and marking of assignments.
Google Classroom's major goal is to simplify the process of exchanging files between
teachers and students. Last but not the least is Edmodo, Edmodo is an application that
may be used to construct an online community of practice on both mobile devices and
the web. Edmodo is a free social learning platform that allows students to access course
content that their professors have published. The last flexible mode of learning is
Schoology, Schoology provides teachers, students, and parents with access to course
materials at any time and from any location. Students and instructors who have access
to Schoology may access course content whenever and wherever they have an internet
connection.
3. What possibilities on how you can use your social networking site as an
educational tool?
ANSWER: The Social media now a days as an educational tool, enhances the learning
experience by allowing students and instructors to connect and participate in novel and
engaging ways. Websites like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn give a forum for users to
converse, exchange ideas, and discover answers to issues. These websites are intended
to promote collaboration and conversation.
Using social media also has this Positive and Negative side. Positive in a way that you
can use facebook and twitter as a tool of communication and you can share your ideas
to everyone. Negative in a way that some teacher's argue that social media platforms
like Facebook and Twitter take students' attention away from what's going on in class
and, as a result, disrupt the learning process. With the likelihood that the usage of social
media technologies may be exploited, educators should ensure that they will not be
abused.

4. Does the cone of experience device mean that all teaching and learning
must move systematically from base to pinnacle? Explain.
ANSWER: No. Because the cone of experience does not imply that all teaching and
learning must move systematically from base to pinnacle, but rather that it constantly
shuttles back and forth between various kinds of experiences. One kind of sensory
experience is not always more educationally useful than another.Sensory experiences
are mixed and interrelated. When a student listens to the teacher as she gives her
lecture, they do not just have an auditory experience. They also have a visual experience
in the segue.

5. Now that there is a great deal of ICT tools and applications used in
enriching the lesson, How would you explain its potential use in instruction
and where will you categorize it on the cone?
ANSWER: For me as a future mentor I will not modify the cone's category since it
demonstrates that before a pupil can learn to their greatest potential, they must first
experience the cone's lowest category. Although there is an ICT tool that allows students
to improve their learning skills, we also recognize that ICT tools are not for everyone.
The majority of students are unable to use the ICT tool due to its inadequacy. As a result,
I will not modify the cone's category because it is really beneficial to children.
