The school is opening for students, class wise, in a phased manner from 22.11.2021 i.e Monday onwards.
Physical attendance will be voluntary for students.
You are requested to give your consent for Offline classes via consent form link attached along. This
information will help the school to make necessary arrangements to ensure that social distancing
protocols can be followed on the premises.
If you wish to send your ward to school to attend the offline classes, you are required to take a
PRINTOUT of the duly fill the consent form attached along. This form should be carried by the student
to school each day as and when he/she comes to school.
The school will follow Hybrid mode for the teaching learning process.
Last date of Consent Form Submission is 20.11.2021 latest by 11:00am

As per the directives of the Govt. meal and transport facility are not operational. You are requested to
send a nutritious meal box along with a fruit. All students to carry their water bottle along.
For the well being of all it is important to ensure every child who comes to school is medically fit .Kindly
do not send unwell child to school. Students in school will have to follow the Covid Appropriate
Behavior at all times. Wearing mask and maintaining social distancing will be compulsory.
For smooth movement of traffic and for the convenience of all students it is requested that all the parents
coming to drop their ward in the junior wing to please follow the below mentioned traffic movement
