- Work in groups: Electric car groups and Hybrid car groups.


- Take turn to speak out one sentence using the given information about pros and
cons of these types of cars.

The biggest advantage of electric cars is protecting the environment. Firstly, electric cars
produce no emissions because they run on clean energy source. Secondly, electric cars
help to reduce noise pollution because they are much quieter.

However, a major drawback is that electric cars are more expensive than normal cars. I
can also see problems with the batteries. Batteries will need replacing from 3 to 10 years.

me, my name is Gordon Waters. I’m here today to talk
about NCAP- a new version of flying car which will be
