1. In your opinion, should the family keep the Tagaytay branch, or should
they close this down and focus on improving the capacity and service of
the original outlet instead?
In my opinion the family should still keep it together branch because even if the sales of the
original outlet cannot be compared to the sales of their second branch still Tagaytay branch
contributes revenue and income to the company. So long as the branch still contributes income
there is no firm to give up a branch

2. What do you think are the biggest advantages of Orient Bakeshop?

I think their biggest advantage is not only because of their brand name but of the quality of
their product, the natural ingredients no preservation in the use of coconut which was harvested
on the same day it is also about their unique way of preparing the book by or a family legacy
and they have been keeping.

3. If you were managing Orient Bakeshop, what would be your long-term goal
for the business? Craft a strategy that will help get the company there.
If I were managing Orient bakeshop, my long-term goal for my business is that the unique
ability to the market. The demand is driven by consumers preference, and I will choose to
operate my own bakeries with marketing efforts. I will operate the bakery with creative
marketing that can be the big driver of my business. I will offer up free samples because people
love free stuff there is no doubt about that. I will give them what they want by placing some free
samples out on the order counter. when they have something to try before they buy and have
their appetite and have much more appetite to purchase an extra item to their newly cast
craving. Who knows they may even try something that they just can't refuse and buy the whole
thing! Next, I will be smart on social media, keeping my customer on the line by making my
company easily accessible through social media channels like Facebook Twitter Instagram and
Pinterest. However, it takes some time to understand social media marketing. With these I’ll
gain more profit and to be popular to different places. Lastly, by giving satisfactions to the
customers’ needs.
4. Should Orient venture into frozen pies? Explain.
Yes, Orient should venture frozen pies because it can be cooked at home in an oven or
microwave. Many customers will buy for sure because they can even cook at home if they don’t
want to eat it first. The products should be low fat and free of genetically modified ingredients
and will be complemented by an assortment of fresh premium. It can also be imported if the
Orient will venture it.
