ABUTAZIL MLGOO Dear PB Raiieses, The Department of the Interior and Local Government will be conducting a Documentation of Completed Road Projects under FY 2018 Conditional Matching Grant to Provinces (CMGP) for Road Repair, Rehabilitation and Improvement Program on December 10, 2021 in your barangay. One of the completed road projects under the CMGP Program is situated along Lupon- Bagumbayan Road Section with 1.4km paved length. With this, we would like to seek support and assistance from your office in the production of the Audio Visual Presentation (AVP) that will highlight the stories of the barangay beneficiary and will gather information on how improved access to goods and services enriched their lives. The DILG Team will interview at least two (2) residents along the road project, two (2) road users (i.e. farmers, drivers, commuters, etc.), and a barangay official. This undertaking will aid in the preparation of a comprehensive Annual Report of CMGP Program in Region XI.
