IfIIEREAS, received by the Sangguniang panlungsod for appropriate

action is the undated letter of Engr. Jarvrin c. Evangetista, Head,
Buildlng Marntenaoce Office (BMO), requesting for a Sangguran
r:esolution approving the purchase of tno (2) units service vehicte
for the use of the Building Maintenance Office (BMO);
WHEREAS, findrng the same to be in order and necessary in the
performance of the duties and functions of the Buildinq Maintenance
Office of the city governnent;
NOrl, IEEREEORE, on motion of Hon. Salvador M. de1 CastilIo,
seconded by Hon. Greqorio R. Abonat and Hon. Jose C. Raiol.a;
BE Ir RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to approve. the purchase
