INTRODUCTION

JM’s Hot Bread will sell its products to new and repeat customers from its storefront in the
Aurora Bus Terminal located between ZYGFRYD’s Pharmacy and Lilang’s Carenderia. A large

tasteful, storefront sign will catch the attention of passing motorists and passengers. The smell of
bread as it comes from the oven will bring customers in from the parking lot and while waiting
the bus. JM’s Hot Bread will offer a sample of fresh baked bread to anyone who comes into the
store. JM’s Hot Bread a products will be truly unique in the marketplace. The look, feel and taste
of hot breads when compared with the other competitors, will assume their quality and value.
Many of the products, such as hot ube pandesal, tuna bread, and different flavors will not be
available anywhere else.

III- MARKETING STUDIES


A. Target Market
The target markets are all the people around Aurora including students and children. To
those who like far from the town we will provide them through delivery. We will accept order
for our customers through social media page and contact number.
Printed advertisements which will run opening week, will highlight bread as on everyday
product we will also make customized packing special packaging using disposable paper bag and
boxes labels own brand name, store, contact number and location. We will also give discounts to
those who will stick purchasing our product. Due to its uniqueness and convenient location, JM’s
Hot Bread will become a destination for food lovers.
B. Demand
The study shows that there is a great demand of Bread in the increasing
population of entire Municipality of Aurora.

A. Product Specification
This business offers the hot bread are staple food prepared by baking a dough of flour and
water. It is a popular around the world, and is the one of the world’s oldest food. Bread may be
served in different forms at any meal if the day, eaten as a snack and even as an ingredient in
others culinary preparations l. As a basic food worldwide, bread has come to take on significance
beyond mere nutrition. Bread is said to be a good source of B vitamins and proteins, the third
biggest contributor on our daily diet. Protein is essential for growth, development and repair of
the body.

Bread production involves a series of unit operations comprising dough mixing, molding,
dividing and panning, proving, baking, cooling and wrapping. Measurements of final product
quality are made typically after baking and few measurements are made at intermediate stages of
processing. The company will also explore the possibility of making takeout and delivering
wholesale bread and baked goods to the residents of Aurora and the travelers.
The starting capital amount of P25,000. The proponents will seek a loan amounting to
P10,000 from land bank Aurora branch.
