CONCEPT DESCRIPTION
Bread Talk's new concept aims to immerse consumers in a unique experience
that harkens back to enjoying natural goodness and the bliss of great-tasting
breads. From source to store, the new
concept includes an interesting repertoire of over 50 brand new items, specially
developed by its international Master Chefs. Firstly, you can enjoy the smell of freshly
baked bread. What does it make you think of? A happy breakfast shared with your
family? A picnic with your partner? A lot of us connect bread with nostalgic memories.
And that’s just one aspect of why bread is so special. We love it because it’s versatile.
You can toast it, top it with a variety of ingredients and it goes well with a lot of dishes
such as Banana bread, Mexico bun, Whole loaf, Half loaf, Cheese bread, Spicy chicken
flossy, Cheese stick, Dark chocolate bun and Mayo sausage. Then there’s the
experience itself. Biting into fresh soft bread with a crispy crust is so comforting. You
also can dine in, take away or deliver your order.
Besides, our bakery is also very suitable for entrepreneurs because we have a
special low lighting restroom with a luxury concept. So, you can have a meeting with
your business partner peacefully without a noisy environment. Our buttery and fluffy
croissants are made with the finest quality pastry dough and layered with a delicious
filling made with real ingredients like classic French cheese. We served many of the
croissant for you which are, Ham and cheese, Ham egg and cheese, Sausage egg and
cheese, Bacon egg and cheese. Wonderful served warm, our croissants are perfect for
breakfast, or with your morning coffee or tea. You will enjoy relaxing while having our
beverages in hot and cool as Coffee, Hot chocolate, Cappuccino, Mocha, Latte. Then,
also have other drinks such as Milo, Syrup and Orange juice.
Lastly, we provide you with the space backdrop which was one of the favorite
aesthetic parts of the space birthday party setup as it brought the entire look together.
This backdrop is listed as a wall tapestry and could alternatively be used as a
tablecloth, ceiling decor, or photo backdrop. It hung behind our food
table with a silver “Happy Birthday” sign in front. To keep the space party, look at the
food table, we used aluminum muffin pans as serving trays, wrapped mismatched
platters in aluminum foil, and spread glow-in- the-dark stars across the table covered
with a plain blue table covering. It will be served with various designs of muffins such as
Dark Chocolate, Red velvet cheese, Butter cream and Vanilla cream cheese. The best
part is you can make a request to decorate your muffins as you wish.

MARKET DESCRIPTION

Bakery and Cereals - In 2021, the Malaysia bakery and cereals industry is expected to be
worth RM4.72billion. During the forecast period, the market is anticipated to expand at a
CAGR of more than 2%. The report on the bakery and cereal markets in Malaysia offers
information on high growth markets to target, trends in the consumption of packaging
materials, types and closures category level distribution statistics, and company market
shares. The Malaysian bakery products industry is primarily driven by the country's growing
population and rising demand for processed food items.
Furthermore, the manufacturing of newer bakery products by market players, changes in
lifestyle, an increase in disposable income, technological advancements in baking techniques,
an increase in the number of food chains and convenience stores, and the entry of market
players into Malaysia are expected to drive the Malaysia bakery products market over the
forecast years. However, fluctuations in raw material costs, an increase in population health
concerns, an increase in the prevalence of obesity and other metabolic disorders, and the
availability of alternative products are all impeding the growth of the Malaysia bakery
products market.
