Dear Madame/Sir,

As a Master student in Financial Economics at EDHEC Business School and a Master of Laws
student with a speciality in Business Law at University Hassan II , I am most keen to present my
application for the M&A Internship . I want to pursue a career combining both finance and law. I
believe that joining Oakland Atlas Capital would be the perfect opportunity for me to gain
experience into finance and to enhance my knowledge and skills.

As a flexible, strong attention to detail and accuracy candidate, evaluating potential financial risk
and market trends has always been at the very center of my interests. As a matter of fact, I have the
opportunity in my current internship to analyze and conduct follow-ups on implemented strategies
by analyzing data and competitive landscapes, and I am perpetually trying to improve my models
and determine new drivers of growth and risk specially by asking advices from Investment
professionals and Business Lawyers whom I have the privilege to work with.

My previous experiences in both financial and legal fields enabled me to strengthen my

professional skills and develop my autonomy and leadership. My four months internship at
International Business Consulting founded by international experts from various backgrounds with
a major objective of supporting large structures operating in Africa and Europe for the success of
their large-scale projects allowed me to nurture a problem-solving oriented personality, develop a
versatile mindset and hone my sense of analysis. It has led me to be very accurate in my work and
taught me to work under tight deadlines with speed and efficiency. Furthermore I've perfected my
valuation skills while updating some of the models that were being used by analysts for their
coverage.
My internships as a Legal intern offered me a unique opportunity of learning more about Criminal
Business Law which helped me develop an in-depth knowledge of the criminal practices , all the
while improving my communication skills.

I am equally motivated by Oaklins Atlas Capital reputation and prestige. Having the window to
work with highly experienced financial services multinational company would be an excellent
opportunity to deepen my financial knowledge and to be exposed to the various roles of an intern. I
am therefore actively interested in pursuing an internship position in your team and have enclosed
