Trainee role​: This role is earned after you pass our ​application​ process. You do not
have any access to admin roles until you are fully trained. When you have this role,
you are in charge of passengers, where you’ll be classified as customer service.

Security / Paramedic​: You are in charge of the passenger’s safety. You are
required to detain trollers, exploiters and you are responsible for security scanners.
When on crowd control duty, your role is to patrol the airport, be sure everything is at
normal and be of assistance to any customers that require help. To ​apply​ for this
position, you must be patient, mature, professional and hard-working. You will

Cabin Crew​: Your job doesn’t only involve serving passengers. You are in-charge of
passengers during the whole flight duration. Your job is to greet, be in-charge of
safety demonstrations, be at passenger’s service at all times, and many more. This
position requires mostly patience, being friendly and you must be able to deal with

Ground Crew​: Being a ground crew brings safety to our flights. You will be guiding
the aircraft, fueling, checking for FOD (​Foreign Object Debris), in charge of
containers, jetways and more. Your job mostly involves driving, meaning you should
be skilled in doing so. This job requires full attention and patience. You are in charge
of the vehicle's condition. You must have a convincing reaction time as unwanted

Piloting Department​: Piloting department involves the First Officer/Senior and


captain role. When you apply for this position, you must have a powerful computer
that involves our game and have many experiences in aviation. You are in charge of
the whole flight time, which includes flying the aircraft, having full controls. Be sure to
have a keyboard and a mouse and be ready for anything. During your career here,
be ready for any events to occur during a flight. You are in charge of the whole crew

Flight Operations Manager​: You are the co-leader of your department. You are
required to host training’s, meetings and coordinate flights. This job requires lots of
time and dedication. You have multiple HR assets to help you during your on-duty
time. You are in charge of customer service, which involves answering support
tickets and server moderation. You are also asked to help with jobs that are outside
of Ryanair. Being a HR is the key to becoming SLT. You must be more active than
LRs. You are to also perform join requests. Being a HR means you will have more
situations that you will have to cope with. Work hard to find out more!
Senior Flight Operations Manager​: This is your next step to becoming a
Department Director. This job mainly has all FOM features, however, you are able to
access ranking, which must be carefully used.

Department Director​: You are the leader of your department. You are responsible
for shortages, low activity from your LRs, and more. Once you earn this role, you will
have access to more administrator assets.

Human Resources Director​: This is the final step to becoming a SLT. You will have
a vast range of work to complete to prove how trustworthy you are. You are required
to be active.

Executive Vice President​: You’ve become a SLT. With this role, you will have
access to all our administrator assets. You will be in charge of HRs and will be asked
to make documents. With this role, you will be treated with full respect. Any queries
involving SLT will be sent to you.

Chief Regulatory Officer​: You are the boss. You will have many side jobs to
complete in time.

Chief Risk Officer: ​Your job mainly involves being in charge of alliances, relations
and many more.

Chief Operating Officer​: Co-owner of the group.

Chief Executive Officer: ​Owner of the group. This role cannot be given to any
group members.
