Suppose Burger King has run a major advertising campaign in the hope of increasing monthly
sales. To investigate the effectiveness of this campaign, Burger King randomly selected 7
restaurants and recorded the monthly sales before and after the advertising. The following data
represents this sales figures in Philippine peso.

Problem Statement
Is there a significant increase of monthly sales before and after the advertising campaign?
Hypotheses:
Ho: There is no significant increase of monthly sales before and after the advertising campaign.
Ha: There is a significant increase of monthly sales before and after the advertising campaign.
There is a significant increase of monthly sales of Burger King before and after advertising campaign.
Therefore, after the advertising campaign of Burger King, it increases its sales monthly.
Conclusion
Advertising campaign is one of the effective ways of promoting business products which will help
increase sales. Through advertising campaign, business like King Burger would really boost its profits
and sale.
Implication
The King Burger will increase more its sales monthly if they will continue to promote its products
through advertising campaigns. The more they run major advertisements the more they increase their
sales in the future.
