To Whomever it may concern,

I am a graduate of the University of Edinburgh with a Master of Science in Electrical Power

Engineering majoring in Renewable Energy. I have recently become very passionate about
cryptocurrency which led me into the world on Fintech and am enthused to pursue a career in
this field. I think however I lack some core competencies for this and believe I can remedy this
with a suitable degree from your institution. The combination of my engineering and
international educational experiences, in addition to my work experience, I believe would make
me a good candidate for your consideration.

I've lived in countries like Africa, India, UAE and the UK. Having established long-lasting
relationships, I believe my migratory upbringing makes me affable with people from diverse
backgrounds. I did my undergraduate degree at heriot-watt university with two years in Dubai
and two in Scotland. I received commendations for my academic excellence in the form of the
deputy principles award for the final three consecutive years of my program. My penultimate
year also included a project sponsored by BP requiring the development of a vending machine
based on certain specifications. My team won second place and a small cash prize. While
dedicated to my studies this is the time, I began having doubts regarding my chosen field. Lack
of more clarity however made me choose to complete my Masters in Power engineering in
Scotland.

My initial work experience involved a few small client-facing sales roles. My role in Schneider
electric provided a more robust experience. A program introduced around 2015 named
"Revitalizing the Sales Channel" allowed me to be introduced to business development while
doing my undergraduate studies in the UK. The program aimed at reaching out to dormant
resellers and converting them into active resellers once again. I was provided reports of
resellers who hadn’t placed orders from us in over six months and attempted to re-establish a
relationship. Should I be successful in doing so, I would speak to them about their requirements
and prepare a report, on the same, for my team leader. The opportunity was then handled by
the sales team, while I repeated the process. I found the experience very well rounded. After
my postgraduation amid a struggling job market and endless lockdowns, I turned to the
financial markets. I've been involved in the Indian stock markets as soon as I turned 18.
Recently, I've been more focused on the cryptocurrency markets. Incurring phenomenal returns
with half-baked know-how thanks to the bullish year we've had made me dive deeper into the
subject. I have come to become immensely passionate about financial technologies and wish to
pursue a career in this field. My continued studies of online courses regarding various topics in
this field demonstrate my eagerness in this undertaking.

I am very excited this course and excited to get started. Thank you for your time and
consideration.

Sincerely,
Rohit.
