QUALIFICATIONS, THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATION,

EXPERIENCE AND EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
KNOWLEDGE:  Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Communication) or Civil Engineering
 Having good FTTH survey and design experience
 Basic Auto cad skill for designing FTTH network
 Good communication skills/Fluent in English
 Must be able to work under pressure
 Good computer skills (Excel/mail)
 Ability to solve problems fast
 Understanding on ODN
 Experience with Openserve network would be added advantage, i.e. Netplan, BPM,
Servact, etc.
 Must be willing to work overtime
 Be able to adapt to other cultures

MAIN TASKS AND THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR,

RESPONSIBILITIES
FOR THIS AMONG OTHERS, THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS:

POSITION  TSSR, plan, survey, submission and get approval from client and upload TSSR doc on site
 BOQ: Auditing BOQ, support rollout team with material preparation
 SOW: write and clarify the SOW for subcontractors, support all the site technical
specification
 Price book: Write and clarify the price book for sub
 VO: review the VO, ensure the SOW and VO matches site build information
 Daily report: send the tracking list, update site, confirm the information in mobinman is
correct
 Prepare and attend site survey on time according to site survey plan, ensure
subcontractor get PO & get the original TSSR if they are on server
 Auditing report, BOQ, drawing and get approval from regional SD manager
 Auditing the VO and SOW after kickoff meeting
 Updating the TSSR on server according to guideline of how to manager TSSR
 Updating the rejected TSSR and resubmit for as built doc
 Monitor the TSSR progress which were surveyed by own, output tracking list as template
 Dairy report and regional SD manager, including tracking list, risk and assistance & plan
 Weekly performance of subcontractor, output quality (the site rejection list & comments),
progress (tracking list)
 Submit the PBC
