What are the ways you can help protect the environment (e.g., individual, community, and
global)?
Student’s Answer:

When helping in protecting the environment it is not important if it's big or not as long as it makes changes
that will save our environment. Even simple, individual actions on a small scale can make a significant
difference in saving our ecosystem. Individually, we can practice reducing, reusing, and recycling as it helps
lessen the waste in our environment. If there is no trashcan available, carry your own trash since you can
throw it out once you see an available trash can. Bring your own shopping bag and, if possible, buy from
local vendors. Reducing your meat and dairy intake will go a long way toward helping the environment, as
these industries have a large carbon footprint.

In our community, You can launch a campaign or an initiative with like-minded people for whatever cause
you like. For example, you can clean and separate waste on roads near your school, collect old copies and
pencils and send them for recycling, plant trees, and clean surrounding beaches. Also, club activities in
school can play a major role in spreading the news among people on important topics like solid waste
management.

Globally, awareness of anything is a must for every person, especially in environmental issues. All people
must be aware of what is happening in our environment as global warming and climate change worsens.
We should be aware of the things that are going on around us that are related to the environment because
we can support those causes. We only have one place to live: the earth, which we should
safeguard—joining camp to save the environment and the world by raising awareness of the current crisis
and teaching people and children about the necessity of environmental preservation.
