What can you contribute in creating awareness with regard to environmental issues?
Student’s Answer:

In the NSTP (National Service Training Program) in the Philippines, I can play a crucial role in raising
awareness about environmental issues. Firstly, I can provide up-to-date information and facts about
pressing environmental concerns facing our country, such as deforestation, air and water pollution, and
biodiversity loss. This knowledge can serve as a foundation for understanding the gravity of these issues
and their impact on our communities and ecosystems.

Secondly, I can assist in organizing community-based activities that focus on environmental

protection and conservation. Whether it's tree planting, clean-up drives, or educational workshops, these
initiatives can help NSTP participants actively engage with and address local environmental problems. By
taking part in these hands-on experiences, students can develop a deeper appreciation for the
environment and its significance to our well-being.

Lastly, I can facilitate discussions and forums on environmental topics within the NSTP program.
