What can you contribute in creating awareness with regard to environmental issues?
Student’s Answer:

Issues concerning the environment have been on the rise lately. Many events are happening
today (September 22, 2023), like the smog emissions from the Taal Volcano in Tagaytay and the
issue that has been going on for years: pollution. These incidents are not only harmful to us
people but also to the animals and the environment. Most people need to be aware of the
scenarios and figure out what to do in case of such events. In this essay, let me express my
thoughts on how we can contribute to raising environmental awareness.

We all know social media is one of the most potent things today because of its
convenience and ability to spread things quickly. By this, we can use social media to share,
inform, and educate people around the globe about raising awareness about the environment.
Encouraging people to participate in campaigns like clean-up drives, tree planting, and recycling
is one of the most effective ways to raise awareness, as these campaigns are like a tradition to us
people to save our environment. Lastly, launching seminars for people can help the environment
by guiding them on what to do, what they must know, and why they must do it.

Given all of these, there are numerous ways to contribute to raising awareness regarding
the environment. Even just fulfilling one of those ways can benefit our environment significantly.
Imagine if all of us people participated and joined this campaign. A more beautiful environment
will never be seemed impossible as the power to do that is in our hands. Let us all work and help
each other save our environment, as Earth is our only home.
