CASE STORY TITLE: Natural Reserve Institute of Barangay Bayalse

Conflict Identification

Barangay Bayalse is reportedly feeling the effects of global warming. Climate change can results
into a natural disasters. These disasters also have an impact on their potential sources of revenue
and resources, such as food-producing crops, soil, etc. They also impact the citizens' jobs or
agricultural activities, such as farming. Because of this incident, the neighborhood is ruined,
forcing residents to flee or even killing them.

Plan of Action

Man-made disasters such as heavy rains, and landslides. In this situation, my action plan is to
raise awareness or provide information on what to do during a disaster by implementing disaster
risk reduction strategies such as providing first aid. I will also hold a session to help those affected
by the disasters lessen their effects and learn how to adapt to the circumstance.

Reflection
After analyzing the case, I gained some insight into the potential outcomes that could occur
whenever similar events occur. I believe it also caused me to consider what to do in a disaster like
a flood, heavy rain, etc. Finally, it helped me to understand how important climate change is and
how it affects us.
