Position Paper : Environmental conservation and sustainability

Why do we need to conserve? Conservation of natural resources is very important because these
resources are being depleted very rapidly. Environment conservation defines everything we do to
protect our planet and conserve its natural resources. A systematic framework ensures sustainable use
of natural resources throughout the value chain. Organisations can demonstrate their commitment
towards environment conservation by minimizing the environmental impact of business operations and
promoting activities to restore and conserve the ecosystem. Environmental conservation and
sustainability is centered around a vision of a future where people live with respect for the Earth's
natural systems and each other. Environmental conservation is the protection, preservation,
management, or restoration of natural environments and the ecological communities that inhabit them.
Conservation is generally held to include the management of human use of natural resources for current
public benefits and sustainable social and economic utilization. Environmental conservation is a practice
that paves the way for protecting the environment and natural resources on the individual, organization
as well as governmental levels. I agree on establishing this in GMATHS because conserving is one of the
factor that will make the students to be more responsible when using a natural resources. For the
students who luck in awareness with conserving, by giving them lectures about conservation, students
will be more careful when using a natural resources. Other than that by establishing this organization
students will improve their social skills and communication skills, because in this organization i
encourage students to promote conserving not just in school but also in their house hold or
neighborhood and also in social media.

Many believe that environment conservation is just a waste of time. However this is wrong because
according to Colin legg (2016). Ecological conservation monitoring programmes abound at various
organisational and spatial levels from species to ecosystem. Many of them suffer, however, from the
lack of details of goal and hypothesis formulation, survey design, data quality and statistical power at
the start. As a result, most programmes are likely to fail to reach the necessary standard of being
capable of rejecting a false null hypothesis with reasonable power. Results from inadequate monitoring
are misleading for their information quality and are dangerous because they create the illusion that
something useful has been done. We propose that conservation agencies and those funding monitoring
work should require the demonstration of adequate power at the outset of any new monitoring
scheme.Many believe that conservation are no help in the future. However this is wrong because
according to Syropoulos, Markowitz (2021) In our analyses we found that this perception of
responsibility was, for the most part, unrelated to news consumption, gender and racial identities, and
income level. Perhaps more surprisingly, perceived responsibility was also not meaningfully related to
political ideology, one of the strongest drivers of climate change public opinion in the US. As a result, our
findings strongly suggest that perceptions of responsibility towards future generations are a robust
mechanism that can be harnessed to promote pro-environmental action and policy support, regardless
of individual and group differences previously shown to sow discord in the context of climate change.
Firstly, for students to know how conserving is important. Educating children or students about the
importance of environmental conservation will help ensure the long term health of our planet for
generations to come. Teaching the students about the environment and nature can be fun and exciting
if you can take advantage's of students natural curiosity to educate them about their sorruondings. Use
that curiosity to give them the tools they need to save the world. Said by Emily folk a freelance writer
(2019). The evidence is clearly showing to the students how conservation is important, she can easily
convince a student to know the importance of conservation. That is why theres a need to established
this organization, for students to know more about conservation, or of how they can apply it in thier
house. Especially this year that the Earth become more populated it is important for students to know
about conserving.

Secondly, how conservation can help to maintain the natural resources in the future. Claimed by the
United nations (2019). that humankind has only 11 years left to reverse the effects of climate change
and save the future generation. By now, there is ample information and awareness on climate change
for an entire population to modify their lifestyle. It is the perfect time to educate yourself and the
people around you to implement practices that could help replenish and maintain natural resources for
the benefit of all. You and your company have the power to help save the future generation. This
evidence shows that we can help the future generetion by conserving the natural resources.

Lastly, how environment conservation affects students behavior. Environmentally aware and
empowered youths are potentially the greatest agent of change for the long term protection and
stewardship of the environment. Thus environmental education which promotes such change will
enable these youths to have a greater voice on environmental issue if effectively implemented. Hence,
this study was conducted to assess students level of knowledge and attitude towards the environment.
Said by Norris Erhabor(2016). The evidence shows that being environmentally aware really change a
youths behavior. Thay is why theres a need to established this organization, because in this organization
we will know if conservation of environment will really influence one student behavior.

For students to know how conserving is important. How conservation can help to maintain the natural
resources in the future. How environment conservation affects students behavior. Letting the students
to know the basic knowledges in conservation or environmental conservation, because by doing this
they can help the future generations. As per a study analysis, in 2050 there maybe a shortage of power
eletricity, water, and even oxygen because of growing population. Conservation is a must, so by
establishing an organization inside of a school will be the first step for every student to conserve our
natural resources and environment.
