CHARACTERISTIC EXPLAINATION
Hard working Success in business is about setting goals and achieving them, and the secret, as many
people will agree, is hard work. All the successful people work very hard. Because, if you
are a hard worker, you automatically do the other 2 things that lead to success in
business that is you will improve yourself and you will persist.
Self confidence Self confidence is a key entrepreneurial skill for success. It is easy to become
demoralized, frustrated and resentful if you lack self-confidence. Self-confidence is
concerned with how a person feels about his ability. A successful entrepreneur believes
in his abilities.
Build for future Once entrepreneurs identify an unmet need, they also demonstrate long-term thinking
in a second way by refusing to let short-term distractions get in the way of their long-
term strategy.
Respond to feedback Willing to listen and learn from feedback from customer. Sometime entrepreneur can
make improvement and solve the problem base on feedback from customer.
Set own standard Every entrepreneur have set their own standard for quality and standard of practise in
business. Business will be more efficient and customer satisfied if have standard in own
business.
Cope for uncertainty Make decision not from emotional but making from rational as opposed to prebent
problem becomecompounding. Come up with full contingency plans for any type of
failure.
Reliable and has integrity refers to the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles.
intergrity Reliability is the quality of being reliable, dependable or trustworthy. Entrepreneurs
must have high integrity and reliability traits in order to establish their business or
entrepreneurship
Risk taker Successful entrepreneurship involves taking risks. Countless entrepreneurs have taken
risks to get their businesses to where they are now. Taking risks, however, does not mean
going into business blindly and then expecting great results. Taking risks in
entrepreneurship involves careful planning and hard work.
Goal oriented determined to make their business succeed and will remove any obstacles that stand in
their way. They also tend to be strategic in their game plans and have a clear idea of
what they want to achieve and how they plan to do it.
Critical thinking As critical thinkers, entrepreneurs don't merely solve problems. They solve problems in
the best way. Critical thinkers formulate a number of potential solutions to a problem
and consider them all before deciding on the best one. Gather and assess relevant
information, using abstract ideas, coming to well-reasoned conclusions and solutions,
testing them against relevant criteria and standards. Think open-mindedly, recognizing
and assessing, as need be. Communicate effectively with others in figuring out solutions
to complex problems.

biggest mistake he ever made he
describes how when he founded
Alibaba he told his team that the
highest level they could achieve
would be that of managers, and that

outside. Ma has learned his lesson
and now stresses the importance of
attitude and passion over theoretical
skills.

proactive and predict the future. His
clairvoyance enabled him to predict
what the future is going to be like
and how technology is going to
affect our lives. And this visionary
outlook gave all Apple products a
clear advantage over their
competitors when it comes to
innovation.
