learning.
3. Classmates
 They are the friends that can help you in times of happiness and sadness as they
interact and connect.
 They can improve a child’s communication skills.
4. President
 The public servant who manages the welfare of each students and teachers.
 They think of what is more important and they always accept recommendations
for improvements.
5. Friends
 They stand on their friends’ side but can guide when in a wrong path.
 They create friendly relationships that help to alleviate loneliness and they are
the best listeners.
Analysis

From the previous activity, answer the following questions:

1. Why are these people important to you?

They are important to me because they are considered as part of my holistic

development as a person.

2. What are their contributions in your life?

They contribute in my life by helping me out of the box, teaches me a good

lesson and loved me for who I am

3. Is it hard to think of something positive among these people mentioned above?

Why?

No, it wasn’t hard at all. Thinking about the brighter side is the easiest way a
person can do. Alongside downfalls, there is always space for optimism.

I lacked most on emotional stability. For me to improve it, I will be more

expressive of my thoughts and opinions and not be afraid to accept rejections.

3. If you were an employer, which among the “Big Five Domains” will you look for in an
applicant to become part of the company?

I will look more on the task performance, the ability of engaging with others and
emotional stability.

4. Create an infomercial on protocols relating to social literacy that has to be observed in

the workplace.
