1.0) EXCERCUTIVE SUMMARY

Our business provides printing services on banners, printing names and logos
on clothing as well as providing computer-printed souvenirs. This business has been
operating since 12 January 2018 in the Dungun Terengganu city area. Addressed at
Lot 3393, Jalan Yahya Ahmad, 23000 Dungun, Terengganu.

This business uses various marketing techniques to promote services to the

community. Among them, using brochures and online applications are also used to
promote printing services. This business attaches importance to the printing services
provided to customers customer loyalty at the same time this business is a form of
partnership business that conducts business based on goods. Among the business
owners, Muhammad Arif Iskandar Bin Zaidi as general manager, then Siti Sharina
Binti Azman as an accountant, and lastly Noraliza Binti Mohd Hazli as marketing and
sales.
 In the early stages of business establishment, we employ a total of 16
employees to help make our business a success. A further RM150 000 is provided as
business capital to finance the purchase of computers and printers as well as other
operating needs. Method capital obtained from savings and partners. Also, the RM50
000 financing fund is applied for, varying, as an additional agency as a source of
funding to cover the purchase of machinery and equipment.

This business is in high demand for printing services. Existing equipment

cannot meet the capacity required by customers. The April sales target is RM45 000.
However, we aim to increase our sales target by 5% annually. So the purchase of
some more printing equipment is needed to achieve the set sales target. Therefore,
we are confident that our business can grow nationwide in Malaysia and open many
franchise branches under the name of Express Printing

2.0) INTRODUCTION

Express Printing Business has been operating since 12 January 2018 This
business always provides high-quality services making this business a top choice in
the market. The high response and demand from customers make Express Printing
confident that it can thrive. Our business offers printing services on banners, as well
as printing names and logos on t-shirts or towels. At the same time souvenirs are also
offered by Express Printing and are a partnership business. This business is
managed and run by three members, namely Muhammad Arif Iskandar Bin Zaidi as
general manager, then Siti Sharina Binti Azman as an accountant, and the last
Noraliza Binti Mohd Hazli as marketing and sales. This business is based on service
through custom orders. The number of employees hired to assist Express Printing
activities is 16 people. The total capital required to start this business is RM200 000.
Partner contribution of RM60 000, RM45 000, and RM45 000 with a ratio of 4: 3: 3.
Express Printing applied for a loan from a Government Agency through TEKUN of
RM50 000 to cover capital and the application is expected to be obtained in June

3.0) PURPOSE OF PREPARING BUSINESS PLAN

Increased consumer demand for the services provided causes businesses to

face a shortage of resources. In this regard, we provide this business plan to obtain
funding from government agencies, namely the Business Entrepreneurs Group
Economic Fund (TEKUN) of RM50 000 to purchase printing equipment to meet the
demand and sales targets that have been set.

The activity of adding business equipment and supplies is important to

continue the business continuity in line with the changing business trends that
encourage business activities. The government also encourages Bumiputera
entrepreneurs to venture into business. Many programs are provided by TEKUN to
encourage youths to venture into business.
 Apart from that, loans from TEKUN, a government agency, provide training
and courses to Bumiputera in managing a business. This gives a positive impact to
the Express Printing business to continue to compete in the market.
