Module 6 - Project Activity Planning
INTRODUCTION
This module was designed and written to guide you to discuss the planning for the
project in terms of identifying and addressing the tasks required for project completion. It
also discusses the coordination process of all the parties involves, the integration of
various systems to achieved project objectives, and identifying tools to aid in the
planning process.
Target Learnings
After finishing this module you are expected to:
Sec. 6.1, Chapter 6 – Initial Project Coordination and the Project Plan. This section
discusses the primary purpose of planning – to ensure that all necessary elements of a project
plan have been properly developed and communicated.
