The selection process for all above-mentioned scholarships would be on the basis of
application, scrutiny and interview process by the authorities of college and representatives
of funding agencies.

In addition to the above mentioned scholarships, COEP in association with the State Bank of
India, COEP Branch has a very easy and fast system of offering an educational loan to the
students. The details are as follows:

Documentation Required
 Letter of admission
 Completely filled Application Form
 2 passport size photographs
 Photocopy of the all mark sheets from 10th standard till now.
 PAN Card of the student and the Parent/ Guardian
 Proof of identity (driving license/passport/PAN/any photo identity)
 Proof of residence (driving license/passport/electricity bill/phone bill).
 Student/Co-borrower/ guarantor’s bank account statement for last 6 months
 Income Tax return/ Income Tax assessment order, of last 2 years
 Brief statement of assets & liabilities of the co-borrower
 Proof of income (i.e. salary slips/ Form 16)
 In case whose parent has no photo identity proof he can submit permanent resident certificate
by Tahasildar or Talathi.
 If your family income is below 2,00000/- which is non-taxable, need not to be submit Income
tax assessment.
 Guaranteer required in case of low income group (with concern documents)

 Purchase of books/equipments/instruments

If you are paying your interest amount during the course then you will have to pay your interest
at 1 % less i.e. you will have to your interest at 10.45%.
