Your guide to participate and assist:

1. Request your FS resource teacher or another teacher who uses an LMS for his/her class to give
you access and allow you to, "observe his/her virtual classroom through the LMS.

2. If possible, request the teacher to demonstrate how to navigate and use the LMS.

3. Ask the teacher how you can participate or assist in tasks that the teacher is organizing or
preparing in the LMS.

Because of the pandemic, a lot of students have no idea how to use and explore the
application that we can use this time of crisis. I think that, it is one of the most challenging parts
especially during the first part of AY 2020-2021.

change do you want to achieve?

Instructors should balance active learning with the use of LMS technological resources
and the use of guidelines from the qualified curriculum. An LMS allows instructors to facilitate
and model discussions, plan online activities, set learning expectations, provide learners with
options, and assist in problem-solving with processes for decision making. An Instructor’s
presence within an LMS creates an engaging learning environment. Students can retain their
autonomy, enthusiasm, and motivation with LMS use.

Get some opinions, validations, recommendations and solutions from other teachers and from
other sectors of education. According to (Bradley, 2020), Stakeholders of the educational
community must find scientific studies to support their contributions in LMS platforms to assist
scholars in learning academic subjects.

A Learning Management System (LMS) is one elearning tool that has been widely used to
improve students' learning experience and the construction of their understanding of certain
topics. In the past decade, learning management systems (LMSs) have become the standard on
college campuses. However, some professors are growing increasingly frustrated with the LMS
and its limitations, especially within online classrooms. The use of Learning Management
Systems (LMS) as tools for learning in the present Internet age is seen as an important solution
to remedy major problems particularly faced by higher education instructors, students and
universities.
