I have such huge enthusiasm for hiking that I try to go hiking with my dad at
least once a month. I am an active and nature-loving person, so hiking is the best
outdoor activity that helps me to lead a happy and healthy life. I am also keen on
cycling which is the second choice when I can not go hiking.(62)

Hiking is one of the favourite outdoor activities for active and nature-loving
people but also could be a very terrifying experience for beginners. On the first
attempts, you should start with a short distance and choose the right trail for
your fitness level. It’s also recommended to always pack the essential items to
help you stay safe outdoors, check the weather and tell someone where you will
be. Hopefully, this advice is useful for you.

Have you received the email from our club about choosing the destination for the next
summer trip? The first place that came to my mind is Phu Quoc, the biggest island of
Vietnam, which is famous for lots of breathtaking beaches and various exciting
ativities. Swimming on the summer days and eating fresh seafood would be an
amazing experience for everyone, including children and the elderly, right? How about

Dear Mrs Susie,
My name is Binh and currently I am a member of English club for 3 years. Last
night, I received an email notification about our club's next summer trip. I am
very exctied about our upcoming trip and I would like to share some suggestions
about the destination.
The trip will take place in hot season, so I believe everyone expects to go
somewhere that has beaches and outdoor activities. Besides, as our club member
from all different ages including children and the elderly, a trip with a
convenient and easy route would be more appropriate. Therefore, after careful
consideration and a little research, I strongly recommend going to Phu Quoc, the
biggest island of Vietnam with many magnificient beaches. It has many stunning
amusements there such as seaside activities, parks, museums, ... that are suitable
for everyone. Also, Phu Quoc has a reputition for its specialities thanks to its
various, large and fresh seafood sources. Swimming on the summer days and
enjoying delicious food would be an amazing experience for everyone.
Moreover, we can also prepare some team-building activities to play on the
beaches and try some sports like surfing or diving.
I believe that we will have great time if we come to Phu Quoc on the next
summer trip. I am willing to hear opinions from other members as well. I look
