Grammar * Countable and uncountable nouns
- Countable nouns are for the people and things we can count using numbers.
Countable nouns can be singular: rocks, islands
We can use some, many, a few with countable nouns
- Uncountable nouns are for the things we cannot count using numbers. We
usually do not have plural form: water, cream
We can use some, much, a little with uncountable nouns
* must / mustn’t
…must / mustn’t + V- inf
We use must to say something is very necessary or very important
We use mustn’t to say that doing something is not allowed
