Bansal Brothers is fastest growing construction company in Central India. It is a
company of energetic and knowledgeable engineers involved in all type of civil
engineering work.

The firm specialized in water infrastructure EPC project i.e. designing, constructing,
commissioning, operating and maintaining the entire water infrastructure for
complete cities and towns or group of villages.

The Professionals are expert in constructing of Intake-well, water treatment

plants, sewage treatment plants, pumping stations, elevated service reservoirs,
pipelines, operations and maintenance services etc.

Bansal Brothers have progressed much in field along with excellent engineers who
are capable of doing great job . The company had experience of 33 years.
Company has already expanded its projects throughout the state and rapidly
increasing its projects throughout the country.

INTAKE WELLS
We are experienced licensed Intake well design and construction contractor. We are aimed at
providing to our prestigious clients the reliable construction facilities of Projects Intake Well Services.
Our well construction is implemented under the guidance of experienced professionals who are
aware of irrigation industry requirements. In our services, we construct the efficient and required
intake wells that are essential for underground water flow. Further, to make the construction Projects
Intake Well Services durable and long lasting, Our well construction is completely based on the
parameters of slot sizes, well depth and type of well. By considering all the essential standards, we
offer Intake Well Construction Service within committed time lines.

WATER TREATMENT PLANT

Bansal Brothers. is one of the fastest growing water treatment plant contractors of MP with municipal
and industrial water treatment contracts. Water treatment is any process that improves
the quality of water to make it more acceptable for a specific end-use. The end use may be drinking,
industrial water supply, irrigation, river flow maintenance, water recreation or many other uses,
including being safely returned to the environment. Water treatment removes contaminants and
undesirable components, or reduces their concentration so that the water becomes fit for its desired
end-use. This treatment is crucial to human health and allows humans to benefit from both drinking
and irrigation use

RCC OHT/ESR/ Sump-wells
Bansal Brothers is the largest R.C.C overhead and underground tanks contractors of
M.P. Storage reservoirs and overhead tank are used to store water, liquid petroleum,
petroleum products and similar liquids. The force analysis of the reservoirs or tanks is
about the same irrespective of the chemical nature of the product. All tanks are
designed as crack free structures to eliminate any leakage. We are the contractor who
has constructed the largest number of RCC Over Head and Underground Tanks from
last 33 years.

PUMPING STATION
Construction Pumping Station is one of the most important step for water supply as this
increases the pressure of water because there is insufficient difference in water levels
in gravity flow distribution systems.

 PIPELINE WORK
We Bansal Brothers are experienced in all types of pipe materials and systems that
deliver the water from the source to the plant and on to the end user. Till the date we
have installed the pipes of almost all types of applications. In M.P we are one of the
largest contractors for providing, laying, and jointing of pipelines.

 REPORTING DEPARTMENT
HEAD DEPARTMENT:-
While working in Bansal Brothers I use to report my work to the Head department
which was under the project manager Mr. Sudhir Ujjwane who is responsible for
the planning and execution of the project. He use to provide me full guidance
also pointing my mistakes and lead the correct manner. He is responsible
for the policies made during the project. Also taking care of proper
distribution of resources in each and every sides. With the help of these
department work is conducted smoothly with proper planning and
strategies along with excellent training in the organization.

 DETAIL OF WORK DONE
Working in Bansal Brothers has given me great opportunity. My report for 7 weeks
was under Mr. Sudhir Ujjwane Sir who give who is working as a project manager
in the company. My Internship started with induction program in which they brief
about the company and all the does and don’ts.

I got various different task to perform like filling of tenders, taking care of
purchasing and transferring of material to required sites and also taking care of cash
and make cheque and filling RTGS form and submitting in bank and purchase of
raw material and also looking after labours to check their daily work and reporting
in the head department.

Further the head department use to inquiry and tally my work and also I use to get
different work on different days. I used field diaries to keep a record of those work
done by me, which then would allow me to explore the impact of work in the
working process which will also point out my mistakes and area of improvement.
Being with senior employees provide me with lot of alternative way to get the work
done. At Bansal Brothers work was more related field I use to visit different sites at
different days.

 KEY LEARNING FROM THE INTERNSHIP
Through this internship I have learned many skills which will help me through out
my working life skills like professional communication, networking , talking
criticism well, working hard to full fill a task, independence, decision making,
making connection, teamwork, problem solving etc. which will enhance my skill
and make my career grow. These qualitative can only be adapted by doing physical
work being part of Bansal Brothers has been a great experience and I got the chance
to convert my theoretical knowledge into physical work

 SUGGESTION TO THE ORGANISATION
Everything about company is perfect but I would like to suggest them to take good
decision so by this they can save the resources and can’t waste it. I like to suggest
that the company takes new projects in the market and they adopt new trends for
working and make profit in the market . I suggest them to manage time of project
undertaken also to provide freedom of suggestion to the employees so that they
could provide ideas fearlessly and can help the company to grow.

 ANY OTHER RELATED INFORMATION

Bansal Brothers have implemented many government as well as industrial

and private schemes and accomplished the target in the given time period
with contentment of the clients. There are 13 clients of the company in
present and they have completed many projects like in Dhar, Ujjain, Bhopal,
Indore etc. in many district of Madhya Pradesh and some clients of Bansal
Brothers are Welspun Enterprise pvt. Ltd., MP Housing & Infrastructure
Development Board, M.P State Agricultural Marketing Board, Municipal Council
Betul, Municipal Council Manawar Dist: Dhar, Ujjain Municipal Corporation etc.
some ongoing projects of Bansal Brothers are Piped Water Supply Scheme at New
