1.1 Profile of the organization

The organization is operating as Charted Accountant Firm under the rules and regulations and code of
ethics designed for CA firms by ICAI.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India was established as a statutory body on July 1, 1961,
under Chartered Accountant Ordinance, 1961 to regulate the profession of accountancy in the country.

ICAI is governed by the council which consists of nineteen members, fifteen members are elected from
amongst members for a period of four years. The remaining four council members are nominated by
the government of India.
The firm provides different kinds of professional services like Audit, registration, tax filing and
consulting, financial accounting, registration, certification, and licenses.

CCS (Chartered Consultancy Service) is the tax designing and house for Paschim Bardhhaman’s

An organizational strategy is a long-term plan that allocates how a company plans to use its
resources to support business activities. The Chartered Consultancy Services has a unique
strategy. They hire skilled employees, try to understand their client’s wants and needs, have easy
and regular communication with their clients, and lastly build good trust with clients.

1.5 Organization Design/Structure

The company has around 25 staff which includes 5 full-time-chartered accountants


besides 2 companions who are also chartered accountants. company has 2 full-time ACCAs, 2
MBAs and 14 body of workers which incorporates senior managers, CA Finalists, article
trainees, and 4 secretarial teams of workers.
The company’s organizational structure is more of a useful company structure. The
two senior partners are in the top stage. There are two junior associates who fall
simply under the senior partners. beneath junior pals are the senior managers who
command the junior managers and article ships trainees. The one-of-a-kind senior
managers are assigned various features/offerings offered to the customers. there's no
such aspect as departments and departments. The senior managers create a group comprising of
junior managers and Article ships/trainees

2012.

2. M/s R. K. Kankaria & Co. was set up in the year 1983 as a Sole Proprietorship firm by Mr.
Rajesh Kumar Kankaria with a small office and small client base. In the year 1995 the firm was
converted into a Partnership firm.

has been at the forefront in providing services related to all aspects of accounts and finance of

GST, E-way bill

4.4 Learning Experience/Outcomes

While working with Chartered Consultancy services. I discovered such a lot of matters which going to


be beneficial for rest of my life. During my internship most importantly, I realized the way
to work under the pressure of responsibilities holding a chain of instructions and running in a team.
CA Rizwan Sir taught me to work with guidelines and law, where I have received the
expertise on how to reach a mutual knowledge among extraordinary people even working together.
This realistic orientation is necessary for the development and guidance of a person before getting
into the corporate world. The things that I’ve learned at Chartered Consultancy offerings. Chartered
