Oats Smoothie 15 mins Soaked Plain Oats 3 tablespoons,


(Nutritious Beverage) Any dry fruits, 1 banana,
sugar/jaggery

Week 3 Immunity booster 15 mins Chopped Tomato, Beetroot, Carrot


Drink and Ginger, Black pepper, Black
Salt and a lemon

Week 4 Cornflakes Salad 15 mins Corn flakes or Boiled corn-1 bowl,


Chopped Vegetables-Tomato,
Capsicum, Onion Lemon juice,
Chat masala, Salt
