SUBJECT : NON-DISCLOSURE STATEMENT AND LEGAL OATH OF

OFFICE FOR ALL APPOINTED USSC STAFF

DATE : JULY 28, 2021

1. The Office of the Student Regent, as pursuant to its operating manual, needs to uplift the
highest ethical standards of public officials including the executive board and all the
appointed staff.
2. As mentioned, we are indeed in need of a standard document to properly set boundaries
and guidelines to all the appointed officers, including but not limited to their benefits as
USSC Officers, their duties and responsibilities, and all other relevant rules that needed
to be acknowledged in formal and in writing.
3. With that, you are hereby tasked to formulate a standard document as mentioned above,
that will be ready for signing by all the officers of the USSC, including all the appointed
staff, including an Oath of Office and the Non-Disclosure statement that will be legally
signed by all the appointed staff of USSC, as a security measure protecting the interests
of the organization. All documents must be signed in paper as a confirmation of the
understandability, legality, and the formal start of the tenure of all the appointed staff on
or before the start of the school year.
4. You are also hereby tasked to consolidate the names and other pertinent information
relevant to the execution of this memorandum for filing and reference.
5. The formal launch of all officers of USSC must be prepared on or before the general
assembly of the organization prior to the opening of classes, for setting the mood on the
start of the journey in serving the whole students of CLSU in the upcoming school year.
6. The Office of the Public Information is tasked to create relevant publication materials that
will make the students familiar on who are the members of the USSC for distinction and
recognition.
7. The general orchestration of the elements under this memorandum will be tasked on the
leadership of the Office of the Secretary and Office of the Public Information.
8. All offices must bridge themselves to the Office of the Secretary in fulfillment of this
memorandum.
9. Everyone’s cooperation in the proper execution of the memorandum is hereby enjoined.
