3. PREVENTIVE MEASURES AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS


Use personal protective clothing when using the substance. Avoid contact with skin and
eyes. Avoid the inhalation of dust, particulates, spray or mists arising from application of
this preparation. Eating, drinking and smoking should be prohibited in areas where this
material is handles stored and processed. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area away from
incompatible materials and ignition.
4. EMERGENCY PROCEDURE
Accidental Release
Contain and collect spillage with non-combustible, absorbent material and place in
container of disposal according to local regulations. Do not allow drains or watercourses.
Preferably clean with a detergent. Avoid using solvents.
Fire-fighting Measures
Use foam, water spray, dry powder, CO2 as extinguishing media. Never use water jet.
5. FIRST AID
Inhalation
Move to fresh air. Keep person warm and rest. If breathing is irregular or if respiratory
arrest occurs, provide artificial respiration or oxygen by trained personnel.
Eye Contact
Immediately flush eye with running water for at least 15 min, keeping eyelids open. Seek
immediate medical attention.
Skin Contact
Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water or
used recognized skin cleanser. Do not use solvents or thinners.
Ingestion
If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show the container or label. Do not
induce vomiting.
6. DISPOSAL
Material and or container must be dispose of as hazardous waste.
