JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
As a Videographer, you’ll get to work with a team to tell
stories through our online outlets and in person. You’ll
help design and create the content that’s important to
Mountain View Church in our mission to Celebrate Jesus
and Help People Win.
ACCOUNTABILTY
• Attend one celebration per weekend.
• Attend all staff meetings.
• Adhere to the MV Staff Handbook.
• Servant leadership.
• Passionately live out a daily relationship with Jesus
Christ.
• Model a strong relationship with his or her spouse
(if married) and children (if applicable).
• Demonstrate integrity in words, relationships and
actions.
• Show a pattern of biblical tithing.
• Work closely with our Communications Team to ideate
concepts that make sense for the online broadcast, in
person celebrations and social media accounts.
• Use video skills to execute assigned tasks.
• Conceptualize and execute stories from all areas of
Mountain View Church
• Oversee and execute the video creation process from
pre-production through post-production.
• Identify and explore new opportunities for content
creation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
MUST HAVES
• Very high attention to detail
• Great time management skills & ability to work under
pressure
• Ability to work well independently and with a team,
depending on the project
• Proactive and excellent ability to problem solve
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro & After Effects (or related
video editing software)
• Proficiency in Pre-Production processes
• Ability to effectively communicate with and lead staff,
volunteers, and talent on and off set
• Portfolio available online
SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
