FOR INSTALLING MCC 2 PANELS FROM PUMP HOUSE TO SH- WTP ROOM

SAFETY PROCEDURE

Before carrying out the package opening work in the form of packaging which must be fulfilled by the person in
charge, namely :

a. Ensure that the place works safely and is free from items that hinder and interfere when carrying out work.

b. It is ensured that the personnel who will carry out the work are equipped with PPE

c. Make sure that during the execution there are Safety Personnel stand by during the work done

d. Make sure that all the equipment to be used above is complete.

PACKAGE OPENING:

1. The opening of the package is carried out using crowbar and hammer equipment then after the
contents of the package in the form of a MCC panel will be raised above the hand palette with the
condition marched then carried through the SH door of the WTP whose height is insufficient if
taken in a standing position see figure no. 1
2. After the panel is successfully brought into the SH WTP room, it will be re-erected and lifted using a
chain block, then brought through a corridor that has been lined with play wood and directed to
the base frame area provided, (see figure no. 2)

3. Then the MCC panel is raised or moved above the base frame and bolt mounting is done that the
panel does not change its position See figure 3 as an attachment
3. Then the panel will be installed in accordance with the provisions of the serial number of each cell -
panel and the panel is combined by placing bolt between cells with each other

5. After the panel is installed, it will be tightened at the baud binder by using torque wrench which has
been calibrated in accordance with the standards and conditions according to the size of each of the
recommendations.

6. After the panel is installed neatly and in an orderly manner so as to avoid interference with the
annoyance the panel is closed using a plastic sheeting.
