Quiz Proposed Title: Truth or Dare Game

Background of the Study:

Truth or Dare is a popular game of embarrassment and has been in existence for centuries. One
game, that looks like it, “questions and commands”, where a person asks a question, and if it is not
answered, a command follows. Back to our great choice game; Truth or Dare, it requires two or more
players. Each player chooses between answering a question truthfully and performing a daring task.
Both the Truth questions and Dare tasks are given other players. Truth or Dare is also popular among
Adolescents and Children. Is there a friend whom you want to learn more about? Then, Truth or Dare is
the game you need to get them to play. The rules are simple and adjustable. When a player chooses
truth, a second player asks the first player any question that relates to his habits, relationships, past or
an interesting question about the player, which he/she has to answer truthfully. If a player lies, the
other players penalize them, be careful not to ask a question that is too personal or an awkward for the
group. A player cannot keep choosing truth all the time in the game though, the rules can allow an
alternation between truths and dares. If a player chooses dare (a task chosen by the group) is given to
the player to do. Dare tasks can vary, dancing, singing, mimicry, embarrassing activities or anything fun
or difficult, but safe. Your dare tasks will depend on the age group of the players playing, the place or
any other reason such as safety. After a player chooses truth or dare and fails to answer or do the task,
the player can ask a new question, or give a task, when all the players agree; the player is given a new
question or task. But, in a case, where the question is simple, and the player doesn’t want to answer it,
the player gets penalized. The other players decide the penalty. A player can choose, a “double dare”,
this means that; the player and the person who dared the player can do a task agreed by the group
together. The main rule of the game is to have fun, don’t hurt anyone or give too embarrassing dares for
players to do. Truth or dare has no winners or losers, which makes it ideal for parties and get together.

Significance of the study:

The significance of the study is concerned with the four main elements of education namely: the
students, the teachers, and the researchers.

1. For the Teachers- The finding of this study can help teachers in get more information about one of
the appropriate activities, in this case is game. So the teacher hoped to create an interesting teaching-
learning process by using games.

2. For the Students- This study can motivate to be better in social ways. Through games, students are
expected to have good enrichment in interacting with other players as well as playing with them.
3. For Researchers- This study will be very useful references for those who are interested in the same
study and give useful consideration to conduct another study which is still related to the area of the
study.

Scope and Limitations:

This study will primarily focus on making a truth or dare game app accessible to everyone. Accessible
because it will operate directly by using android phones. Therefore, users can play anytime and
anywhere.
