The analyses, opinions and conclusions expressed in this work are based on data, diligence,
research and surveys carried out by Lanceair Brasil, as well as constant documentation of the
process, with the information provided to us by Lanceair Brasil collaborators being reliable and true.
3. Applied Methodology
The evaluation of parts follows the calculation methodology adopted by ANAC, EASA and FAA,
which uses the method of receiving and dispatching parts, in accordance with the provisions of
ANAC RBAC 145, EASA Part. 145 and FAA CFR Part. 145.
4. Evaluation
The evaluation of the materials was based on facts and events that influenced, at each moment, the
final result of the value of the property, and whenever possible, it was advisable not to limit ourselves
to a single aspect of the issue, on the contrary, to simultaneously consider the factors "cost" and
“utility”, this especially because all value derives from utility
The best evaluation technique is always based on the experience of the evaluator, but there are
scientific rules that the evaluator cannot do without as recommendations of the Brazilian Aviation
Regulations,
