Manufacturing facilities
our place we make sure to be close to people and when they go to our place we make sure they are
comfortable in the place and our workshop of our product and other things are in a clean and correct
places. We will make sure that inside the store there is storage room, production room, cashier counter,
dining area

Storage room- Our storage room at our store is located at the side of our store so as not to be seen by
other costumer, we will make sure that our things and other ingredients in the storage room are always
clean and free of various insects to keep them clean and safe.

Production room- Our room for production of ice cream is located by back of our cashier counter, we
make sure it is always clean and safe to eat and if possible consumers can see how our ice cream is
made

Cashier counter- our counter is located at front of production room,we make sure our cashiers are kind
so that customers can feel that they are always welcome in our store

Dine-in area- our dine in area we will increase the space so that many can eat here and they can chill
while eating icecream and our dine in area is surrounded by pink prints that are relaxing and cool in the
eyes of those who eat ice cream to enjoy they especially what they eat, and the dine in area we will
keep clean for their safety and for them to come back and enjoy our product

Physical Plant

the size of our place is 200square meters this size is right in our storage room, production area and
specially for our customers who eat icecream in our store and for them also to be able to chill while
eating our delicious product

rentals

the land in our area we pay monthly worth 5,000 php a month because we can't afford to pay in full for
the land because it's just the beginning of our icecream business

and for monthly bills such as water bill, electricity bill and wifi bill and we also pay it every month, and
the price of the water bill is in the range of 3,000-5,000 monthly for electricity is in the range of 7,000-
10,000 and for wifi is 1,540
