For new business still in process of establishing themselves and beginning operations,

one of the most important aspects is financial aspect. This refers to the money that ownership has

acquired to build the business. The proponents shall have the consideration regarding in financial

capability to maximize the wealth of the firm. This aspect shows how much start-up capital is

needed in the business, return on investment, sources of capital and other financial consideration.
