For new business still in process of establishing themselves and beginning operations,
one of the most important aspects is financial aspect. This refers to the money that ownership has
acquired to build the business. The proponents shall have the consideration regarding in financial
capability to maximize the wealth of the firm. This aspect shows how much start-up capital is
needed in the business, return on investment, sources of capital and other financial consideration.
It looks at where capital will come from, maybe from investors, loans or be supplied by the
owners themselves. And it looks also how much cash is needed and how it will be spent from the
