Job Responsibilities:
➢ Material receiving inspection of CS, RTR, PVC, UPVC, CPVC, pipes, fittings, valves, fire
hydrant, Alarm check valve, Sprinkler Heads, Fire Hose Cabinet, Plumbing Fixtures (EWC,
WWC, Lavatories, WHA, Valves, EWH, Flashometer Valves, Hose Bibb, Faucets, Jani tor
Sinks, Kitchen Sink, P-Trap, Vent thru Roof & Plumbing Specialties (Floor Drains, Cleanouts
& Roof Drains).
➢ To check and monitor the proper application of approved duct sealant, proper
installation of flexible duct connection to diffusers or air terminals.
➢ To check and monitor Fire dampers and volume dampers installation as per the
requirements of SAES K-001 and NFPA 90B.
➢ Ensuring the pipes, fittings and adhesive are in proper handling, Storage and
Preservation.
➢ Able to read /understand all sorts of HVAC Drawing with foundation/civil/wall opening and
obstruction of other departments.
➢ Material receiving inspection of prefabricated ducts, AHU/ACCU, PACU, Split Unit,
Volume Damper, Fire Damper (Combination Fire/Smoke Damper), Motorized Volume
Damper (MVD), Exhaust Fan/Blower, Grilles & Diffusers, Flexible duct, Prefabricated
Machine Connection, Insulation (Fiber Glass duct board and Armaflex for Refrigerant
Piping’s, Duct Sealant, Copper Pipes Type K or L for refrigerant lines, various vibration
isolators and hangers/supports for ducting system and piping system.

➢ Inspection and monitoring of HVAC / Plumbing activities such as hangers an supports

installation, duct layout & installation, HVAC Equipment installation and insulation.
➢ To witness the light test to avoid any duct leakage prior to insulation.
➢ To witness the leak testing, vacuuming and charging of Freon prior to insulation and
pre-commissioning of the AHU/ACCU & Split Unit.
➢ Responsible to raised RFI for all completed activities in HVAC & Plumbing System.
➢ Implement and apply the required SAES K, SAES S and Quality Procedures in the executions of
HVAC & Plumbing works.
➢ To prepare the inspection test packages and installation procedures for Ducting works and
chilled water piping.
➢ Witness the pre-commissioning activities for all HVAC Equipment such as AHU/ACCU, PACU,
Split Unit, Fans & Blowers, Chillers, & Pumps.
➢ To witness the chilled water pipes hydrostatic testing, flushing, cleaning, passivation and
chemical treatment for corrosion.
➢ Preparation of all red-mark drawing and AS-BUILT.
➢ Maintain all required documents in quality as records for all approved RFI, material receiving
and NCR.
➢ Issue Non-Compliance Report for any observed violations in installations and materials.
➢ Coordination with the construction engineer all observed unacceptable installation and poor
workmanship for immediate rectification in compliance to standards and approved IFC
drawings.
➢ Perform “Hold”, “Witness” and “Surveillance” inspections at construction site to ensure
compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO requirements and project specifications.
➢ Inspection of accomplishment & compliance of SAUDI ARAMCO Requirements as SAES,
SATIP, SAIC, SAEP, SAER and GI related to Mechanical Works.
➢ Co-ordination, meeting with SAPID as QA/QC representative.
➢ Inspection of materials as per project specification.
➢ Conduct and witness hydrotest and reinstatement activities including valve testing.
➢ Responsible for the monitoring and inspection of pipe spools in fabrication.
➢ Prepare weld maps, documentation and data base for all inspection and testing
activities for tractability purposes.
➢ Coordinate with client and other concerned parties regarding test packs and punch list
items.
➢ Ensure all fabrication conforms to design specification, ISO drawing, specifications and
to Aramco and International standards.
➢ Ensure that all materials to be incorporated in the work are in accordance with the
specification and approved by the consultants.
➢ Assisting in conducting Welders Qualification Tests, arrange for samples to be
adequately stored until testing when required.
➢ Maintain records of inspection and tests.
➢ Liaise with customer's representative for inspection, testing and witnessing for tests.
➢ Prepares Non-Conformance reports, and coordinates Preventive & Corrective actions.

Job Responsibilities:
➢ Review all approved HVAC & Plumbing Drawings along with construction specifications
reference for checking all delivered materials.
➢ Preparation of all Material Documentations and drawings for the preparations of material
receiving.
➢ Materials receiving inspection for all HVAC & Plumbing Equipment, accessories, pipes fittings,
valves ducts, insulation, duct sealant and plumbing fixtures/specialties.
➢ Responsible for monitoring and inspection of all activities in HVAC/Plumbing activities to
maintain the quality of production works in installation and construction.
➢ Implement all required standard codes such as SMACNA, ASHRAE, UMC, UPC and NFPA13.
➢ Proper coordination to construction in-charge for any discrepancy in drawings, specifications
and installation to avoid any violation in quality.
➢ Responsible to raised inspection to client Representative such us hydrostatic test for Chilled
Water Pipes, Potable water lines and fire sprinkler piping system. To performed gravity test
for Sanitary Sewer lines. Light testing for Ducting System to identify the leakage and quality
of workmanship.
➢ To check all the duct thickness as per the schedule specified in the IFC and all the pipes for
chilled water system with prefabricated insulation.
➢ Maintain and file all the records of material receiving inspection, testing and pre-
commissioning documents.
➢ Update all changes in IFC drawing as red-marking prior to AS-BUILT along with approved field
request report.
➢ Attend quality meeting to resolve all non-conformance report and make suggestion for good
quality and good m=workmanship.
