Animal abuse is a nationwide problem. Abuse


means to cause pain and suffering.
Animals are beaten, starved, and used
for scientific research. Millions of
helpless animals die each year. There
are many forms of animal abuse too.

Here are some tips to prevent animal abuse:


 Read books and magazines to create
awareness on animal abuse.
 Watch documentaries, videos or movies
about animals.
 Take care of their habitats.
 Take part in events and activities to protect animals.
 Visit an animal shelter to do charity work.
 Donate to animal organisations.
 Adopt abandoned animals
as pet.
