Ans1: Nutty Tales – So Nutritious, It’s Delicious

Ques2: Describe your idea in 200 characters or less.


Ans2: The brand Nutty Tales comes under the venture of Universal
Merchandising Hub and has been setup with a vision to provide high standard of
organic premium quality dry fruits, honey, saffron and many more such products
for its consumers. It also ensures its consumers that the product which they’ll be
using will be directly sourced from the nature to their basket without any added
preservatives or artificial flavors.

Ques3: Who is your market?


Ans3: We’ll be selling our product pan India and later expanding it internationally
as well. We’ll be targeting to those people who are passionate about having products
which are free from all preservatives regardless of any age or gender. Because in
our opinion we think that eating healthy does not require any specific age group or
gender.

Ques4: What are some current solutions available? Who are your competitors?
Ans4: There are numerous of brands which are selling products giving in name that
they are 100% organic but that’s not the case at all. Most of these organic products
do have some artificial flavors added in them which they do not show in their
ingredient’s menu, taking an example of Honey, to increase the sweetness of Honey
some of the companies do add extra sugar which most of the time either they are
not mentioning it, or they are writing is so small on the label that it is not readable.

Ques5: Why are you different or how will you be different?


Ans5: Talking about why we are different from our competitors is that our products
will be sure shot coming from natural resources without any added preservatives.
We’ll be continuously testing our batch of products from NABL labs and including
the certificate on our website so that the consumer gets ensured that the product
he/she is consuming is 100% organic. Not only this we’ll be using food grade quality
of material in which our products will be stored, to increase their shelf life naturally.

Ques6: What will you accomplish by the end of the semester?


Ans6: Taking in note our accomplishment till now, so we have successfully got
tested our first batch of Honey, Saffron and Almonds from a NABL testing lab and
we have also distributed some to our friends and relatives to get their reviews after
which we’ll start accepting the order. Not only this we have also made our own
website in the name of Nutty Tales (https://talesnutty.com) which will help us
take orders pan India. Further later till the end of the semester we’ll surely
accomplish some initial sales of our organic products, and we’ll also try to include
more and more products in our catalog.

Ques7: What additional resources do you need to make this concept successful?
Ans7: After from making the website, getting our product tested we’ll be requiring
a place, be it I within Delhi NCR to get our products stacked for the testing and
delivery batch wise, then only we’ll be able to expand in the global market.
Also, for the correct branding to take place we’ll be introducing our products on
other e-commerce website like Amazon, Groffers, Big Basket etc.

Ques8: What do you think will be your biggest challenge?


Ans8: The major challenge which we’ll face will be to ensure all the consumers or
buyers that our products are 100% organic unlike other products which are currently
present in the market.
Building up a good brand status at the same time will prove to be a huge hassle.

Ques9: Why do you think concept will be successful?


Ans9: Due to this pandemic thing and other diseases people are getting more and
more cautious about the things which they are consuming in their daily lives.
Industry experts says that the brands now have to offer a lot more organic products
to the people so as to make their immunity stronger and fight against this pandemic.
It has also come into fact that people are now not worried about just the Brand name
rather they are worried about the actual product. They are ready to spend a little
extra on good things rather than just going towards a brand seeing that it is cheaper
because they now know that these brand produce products in large quantity due to
which they are not able to maintain the quality of the product.
Keeping this in mind we are 100% sure that our product will surely be a boom in
the Indian market.
