4.0 Terms & Conditions:


4.1 VALIDITY OF THE OFFER:
Offer Will Remain Valid up to next 6 month from starting of the pilling works. After 6
Month the Rate will be re-fixed.

4.2 CHANGES /RESERVATIONS:


Once Presentation Drawing is confirmed, 25% extra will be charged for further change of
drawing.

4.3 ADDITIONAL WORK:


1 (One) perspective View will be delivered for this project. 15000/= will be charged for
additional view. We will be responsible to modify until the 3D view is selected.

4.4 DESIGN COORDINATOR:


One design coordinator will have to provide for Negotiating the design with the firm.

4.5: PAYMENT TERMS:


Nirman Sthapati Ltd. will deliver the drawings step by step & the payment mode should be
maintained by Spaceten for smooth consultancy service.

4.6 Site Engineer


On behalf of Nirman Sthapati Ltd., the site engineer will be appointed for at all times
supervision (Condition applicable/ If needed)

4.7 VAT / TAX


This offer is considered including Vat / Tax.
