 Leaders should have courage to do right things irrespective of the situation and

 It’s a big misnomer that leadership is about titles. What you do and how you do make

 Leaders are often exposed to the toxicity. (No place is perfect; toxicity do exist)
 So, to counter the above leaders at times have to be their own therapists and need to
mend themselves of the toxicity.
 Leaders do bring balance by creating boundaries – like a simple thing of limiting your
social media time to give time to other aspects. So, leaders are balance in their mind.
 Leaders do not micromanage, often they provide space to others to take decisions and be
their own leaders.
 Leaders do aid other in being leader.
 Empathy is one of the important traits of leadership.
 Leaders do follow a path of 3G’s
Goals  Gratitude  Growth – Setting goals give you clarity. Achieving goals leads to
gratitude and gratitude in turn leads to growth.
