in Bangalore. The Brigade Group also has operations in Mangalore,Mysore, Chennai, Kochi,
Hyderabad, Chikmagalur,Ahmedabad and a representative office in Dubai. It has won national
and international awards in the construction industry.It was founded by M.R. Jaishankar in
1986. Brigade Group provides property development , property management services,
hospitality and education across several major cities in south India.Brigade Group has been

 ● The COVID-19 pandemic has created a negative impact on customer sentiments,
stakeholder sentiments and spending appetite due to nation-wide lockdown in the short
term due to economic Uncertainties.

● Brigade Enterprises Ltd. having a strong balance sheet are in a good position to manage
the operations and continue to maintain liquidity to meet all business obligations.

● Reinforcing our commitment to the health and safety of our workforce, we tied up with
reputed hospitals and arranged vaccination drives for not only Brigadiers but their
families as well

● Brigade Enterprises Ltd. provided hotelstay facilities for those employees and their
families who could not commute due to the lockdown.

● Brigade Enterprises Ltd. took the responsibility to distribute free ration to the labourers
to help them manage their day-to-today lives. We also coordinated with local authorities
for collection and distribution of monthly rations and milk for the laborers.

● Brigade Enterprises Ltd. set up a self-help platform to openly connect and engage
across the organization. This was created to help employees share tips, benefits, and
news regarding COVID related issues.

● To aid employees and their families through these difficult times, we tied up with
YourDOST, which is a professional mental health platform. Through this platform,
employees can avail counselling from experts to help with their well being.

● Brigade Enterprises Ltd. provided employees with LinkedIn Learning in order for them to
upskill. This platform offers online courses in Business, Creative and Technology
subjects. All its courses are self-paced which gives one the flexibility to learn anytime,
