ARGUMENTATIVE ESSAY:

The Underlying Product of Access

The Internet has been the main course of society’s everyday interaction. The networking

sites that keep them in touch with the youthful happenings today are one of the most powerful

and accessible privileges. These are supposedly made for sharing our attributes with each other

and contributing to the upbringing of one another. However, just like any further technological

advancement brought to us, it is expected that these come with consequences, and one of the

arguably relevant ones until now is how much of our minds is definitely affected when it comes

to pursuing such sites. I am certain that this wasn’t made to have control over our thinking

capacity. Moreover, these are meant for humans to manipulate. I would rather speak for it as a

need and a substantial support for the teenagers being aware and collaborative with the social

happenings, and not more of a declining addiction.

I wouldn’t insist that all of those thinkable aspects, such as the web, Internet, and media

platforms, were all insignificant influences. In other forms, it became an addiction that resulted

of the incapability in letting go of easier comforts. Reaching at this point, whereas convenience

is in more profound emphasis, it is more than possible to be caged in an imprisoning temptation

brought by technology. However, if the youth is to be mindful of the benefits, then an expression

of one’s belonging, and perspective would most likely be better acknowledged. If only we are to

use all of this efficiency, then we can avoid harmful considerations.

In ages, it seems that it is far from the horizon to encounter changes without the

development. Yes, it takes a lot of cycles and processes to prove how impactful the

advancements are. Regardless, people have been adaptive and open to the unusual introductions
in front of them. Aspirants were able to capture the society’s attention and is able to serve a

purpose in bringing gifts of development to everyone. As a source of livelihood, career

orientation, living competitiveness, and work in terms, it has all now been provided by the

technology as their backbone. It has been a building support to make one’s endeavors reachable

and convenient.

Beyond circumstances here, we are stuck on depending on the developments in the

society. We might as well consider it our power to survive the challenges in the world because

what’s more than having companions through it? I believe we were able to realize the value of

relationships during this time of the pandemic. Yes, money and food will save us, but what will

from loneliness and anxiousness? It is the connection and bond we treasured throughout our lives

that will have our backs to comfort, to understand, and to stay no matter what. It is the unseen

bridge of keeping in touch with those people even if we are prohibited from seeing them

personally, with the help of the advancements. With this in mind, then we truly have to accept,

use, build, and maintain stronger and unbreakable relationships by the quality and comfortable

communication methods.
