THE PROBLEM AND ITS SCOPE

As the world continued to evolve in each passing time, many individuals

did not realize that as the world predominantly transitioned to more futuristic
gadgets and infrastructures to have an easy, accessible living, most of the
natural resources were left behind because of the little knowledge on how a small
significant particle can change the way people view the world. The researchers of
this study eventually found an alternative solution that improved the sustainability
of a society for a better future which drastically gave new chances for individuals
who suffered from difficult times. The researchers used algae as the solution to
the continuous problems of the society.
Algae have as of late drawn in impressive interest around the world,
because of their broad application potential in the environmentally friendly
power, biopharmaceutical, and nutraceutical enterprises. Algae were
inexhaustible, maintainable, and practical wellsprings of biofuels, bioactive
therapeutic items, and food fixings. A few algae species had been examined
for their true capacity as worth added items with surprising pharmacological
and organic characteristics.

These were the ideal option in contrast to the expanding utilization of

non-renewable energy sources and unsafe synthetic compounds as these
were sustainable, minimal expense productive, and carried advantages to
society. The main purpose of this study was to improve the way on how
individuals see the world on a new level of perspective using algae. This study
was very beneficial to the society as this helped individuals used natural
resources that were efficient and reliable. The researchers proved that there are
many economical and environmental solutions to help sustain a society for the
better future.

Conceptual Framework

Algae are photosynthetic life forms that fill in a scope of amphibian natural

surroundings, including lakes, pounds, streams, seas, and even wastewater.

They can endure a wide scope of temperatures, salinities, and pH esteems;

different light powers; and conditions in supplies or deserts and can develop

alone or in advantageous interaction with different living beings.

In spite of the fact that algae were doable hotspots for bioenergy and

biopharmaceuticals as a rule, a few limits and difficulties remain, which should

be avoided to update the innovation from pilot-stage to modern level.

The researchers of this study constructed the following figure that

represented the relationships among the variables used in the current study.

The schematic paradigm showed the illustration of the interplay of the

dependent and independent variables, as well as the output of the study. The

independent variable showed the characteristics of the algae that lead to the

dependent variable which was the sustainability of the society. Thus, creating an

alternative solution on sustaining a better society using algae that was economic

and environmental.

researchers eventually realize that algae had many purposes that helped

sustained a better growth of plants preferably in bamboo crops, which was

efficient, less carbon footprint and easy to grow than using synthetic fertilizers

that produced more carbon gas emission that caused global warming and at the

same time, very expensive. Fertilizers derived from algae provide benefits to both

plants and soil and when used properly generally won’t burn or damage plants.

Organically derived fertilizers stimulate beneficial soil microorganisms and

improve the structure of the soil. Soil microbes play a key role in converting

organic fertilizers into soluble nutrients that can be absorbed by plants at a rate

they can use. Organically derived fertilizers often provide the secondary and

micronutrients plants need, usually absent in synthetic fertilizers.

Moreover, in having a sufficient and sustainable effectiveness of its

properties, collecting a vast quantity of algae was very important to support the

industry and agriculture.

Lastly, algae had been considered as the world’s important plant that

helped improved the way people live without producing too much carbon

footprint.
