business wherein most of the materials that will be needing for our
business are accessible in this place plus the fact that Taytay is

whatever becomes popular will be in high demand, but it will not
last long, especially if people find it no longer useful. We ensured
that this tote bag would be something that each of us would need for
a long time by making it convenient, substantial, well-made, and

Pricing

The consumable materials are good enough to produce at least 50 totebags

and the total costs would be ₱1,470. So if we divide 50 (tote bags) to the
total amount of consumable items which is ₱1,470 we will be getting a fair
price of ₱30 as a partial amount for 50 tote bags only.

Since some of the materials/equipment are good to be used for a long time
we can expect that at least it can be used for production of 100 tote bags
within a month. If that's the case we can get the partial amount of that by
dividing 100 (tote bags) to the total amount of the materials which is
₱3,985. We would come up with ₱40.

For the packaging it is enough to be used on the whole production of at

least 100 tote bags. Assuming each tote bag would cost ₱30 for the raw
materials plus ₱40 for the equipment plus ₱5 for the packaging it would be
₱75 each. The total earnings for production of 100 tote bags would be
₱7,500 (₱2,075 for the net income).

d. Sales Projections

We used PERT formula to be more accurate on our expected or

estimated unit sold. PERT formula is an approximation of the Beta
Distribution equation. PERT is determined using three points:
Optimistic (O), Most Likely (M), and Pessimistic (P). PERT combines
probability theory and statistics to derive a formula for the average
activity from the three-point estimates.
